Simply I do not believe these Alien Greys are real, they're a distraction.

State of the Art aircrafts that even beat their own Fighter Jets. It would fit fully into the picture, too. After all Aircombat and precision weaponry (sniper rifles, long range missiles, drone strikes, laser weaponry) is what the US has always excelled amazingly at.
