HRniggers are lazy faggots who want to do as little work as possible, what this means is that they use software to screen resumes against the job description (actually a lot of times it's built into the job posting board you applied to even) and they don't even see matches if they deviate too much from the description and requirements sections. Use a tool like

Also, you live in the Schengen Zone, if you can't find a job in Sneedsville, Schleswig-Holstein, then move to Belgium or France or Sweden or elsewhere in Germany, etc for a few years to get experience and move back to Sneedsville or nearby once your an ideal candidate and have experience to backup your desirability as a candidate.
