Senroku is an odd one as it's got alot of comedy but not as it's base, it's more like a really well made soap drama with heavy elements of comedy.
Ojii-san to marshmallow is another one but it's short.

Lupin The Third series is action but has comedy much in the style cowboy bebop.
Konasuba Suburashi I guess? Season 1 made me giggle alot but Season 2 felt like a flat fart imo.
Fushigi Na Somera-chan is a gag anime that feels like /s4s/ in a nutshell
