Afaik Croats had similar problems at the time with Hungarians so its understandable but I fail to see how your assertion is in any way factual.
I didn't even snap at all your assertions that were factually incorrect, case in point most of "Štajerska" being German. In fact only Maribor was majority Germany and the region of Lower Styria aka Štajerska was majority Slovene as can be checked by any idiot in 5 minutes, pic related. Not only that but it had to be taken by 5 thousand volunteers acting on their own and even against orders at times.
