Being white doesn't automatically equate to being high quality white stock.
This is most prominently seen in the split between alphas and betas. Alphas naturally attract mates and provide. They do not need to put extra effort and stress on themselves, they naturally excel.
Where with betas you have those whom will regress into incelhood. Then those who have alpha dysphoria, where they strive to be alpha but can not overcome their natural beta genes. The added stress of fighting against their nature often results in anger and hatred towards others.
The frank reality is that even if the beta managed to breed, they would only ever create more low quality white stock and degrade the white race.
