I shave my facial hair, trim my nails, cut my hair and keep it well-kempt, brush my teeth and floss, eat small portions and eat healthy, drink plenty of water, avoid unhealthy abuse of substances (alcohol, drugs), dedicate 1 hour of silent sustained reading, dedicate one hour of physical fitness, take morning/evening walks, take breaks from the internet, and take academics serious to not end up working under a teenage manager at a grocery store. Follow some of these rituals and you will feel a little better about yourself.
