assuming korean is like japanese then "you" is sort of like the term "sweetie" in english most of the time. totally fine to call your wife and songs can use them at an unspecified "you" as much as they want, but it would be aggressive to call a stranger.
the big exception is things like ads or instruction manuals that need to speak directly to (You) but literally don't have any other option than a second person pronoun to do it with.
