If you're starting relationships solely for sex you'll never be happy. At that point you might as well just jack off, it'll feel better. He just assumes everyone is having lots of sex except for him, and any woman that doesn't fuck him is getting stuffed like a Thanksgiving turkey, it's just an unhealthy way of viewing relationships.
Stop focusing on sex all the time and focus on your own personal happiness. If you can't be happy with yourself then you definitely won't be happy with someone else.
