However she brushed that thought aside, that bridge was well and truly burnt.
Carmody's cozying up to Priscilla made a lot more sense; this was partially Kanako's fault. Carmody wouldn't have gone there if Kanako hadn't rescued Nika. But she still chose to associate with Priscilla. Kanako felt her anger start to rise as she spoke of Ash, but kept it under control this time. Did she seriously think it was unfair for Ash to jump, or attempt to, Priscilla after the match? Just after she attacked Kanako post match? No no, don't let it get to you. Stay calm Kanako.
