With that 500 though you should be able to down most anything considering it generates 2468ftlbs of energy. You shoot a looter with that he's going down the first time even if he's got a plate on.
If you're interested in obscure revolvers might I recommend a Webley Fosbery for fun. Chambered in .455 webley and .38ACP (where available) it's definitely an effective revolver while maintaining functionality. Very interesting pistol.
