Nature is the pure state. Nothingness. In nature we are in a state of pure poverty. Naked, hungry, dirty. That is natural law.
All that man does in the sight of good, elevates above natural law and the natural state. Poverty is not caused by a boss. Poverty is the natural state. A bad boss brings us closer to natural law. A good boss elevates us above it.
Free will. Man is the only thing on this Earth endowed with it. You can choose to love your God your heavenly Father. Or not to. But importantly choice is yours. You are, as we all are, unique in that choice. Nothing, nothing at all will remove free will from you. God Himself does not remove free will from us. Not once has He ever done so. Understand the magnitude of that concept.
Therefore, with man given charge over the Earth, her resources, livestock, and entirety; the consequence of poverty is not God's intent; but man's failure.
