I've just took my 2nd cold shower of the day.
I may have had a taste of what testosterone can give me, but without the will to control it ends up being useless, same as with the energy in lipids. It all requires will to harness it and not allow it to sit idly and collect.
Cold shower is only the foot in the door of which I intend to use extensively to enter the early stages of willpower and maintain it. I want to do more in a day, and it starts by taking multiple cold showers.
One the second I wakeup, another midday, and another before sleep
and ofcourse there is more inbetween. A cold shower is like jumping into a pool, I can jump into a pool as many times as I like
