Mine freeze to where I struggle to move them and feel anything super easily and extremely quickly as when I was younger I was a dumbass and didn't wear gloves when it was -40c out.
You would want to find something that gives off heat and put your hands there, like the box on a laptop cord. If you dont have anything put them under your armpits. Theres a major artery there that'll warm them up faster although it will be more uncomfortable.
