One hour of physical development, one hour of mental development (e.g. reading), one hour of spiritual development (doesn’t have to be prayer, can be creative pursuits like painting for example - I paint 40k minis and listen to lore) - do these things every day. Treat interactions with coworkers as a game where you have to say the correct combination of words to score maximum “points” with them. It will take time to develop your charisma in such a way that you don’t come off as creepy or sycophantic, but you must build rapport.
That’s about all the advice I can give. Keep stacking dollars. Buy a motorcycle. I know it sounds like a midlife crisis thing but riding my motorcycle is probably the only thing I actually enjoy anymore.
