fryer would always be causing problems and nobody would clean it or change the oil often enough.
also it's the only thing we would make that people would order then leave and come back for so it was too much work to remember people, especially if we already had food cooking and somebody tried to order something else
very lame overall, though i do miss being able to make fried food for myself
