yeah i know, i didn't intend to, it just happened. i pulled it off the heat when i saw the thermometer reading and now i'm fiddling around and trying to hit the right temperature. or do you mean that heating the oil that high causes it to become carcinogenic or something. cause it's too late for that i'm afraid.
