While I am doing my job he will do everything he can to stop me
>"Anon, stop working on this important project that they need out today, move these wooden pallets from one place to another">"Anon, stop doing all the tasks you have been doing for years and now only do things when I tell you to">He will swear at me, tell me to go fuck myself, call me an asshole or a jackass in front of other employees>Tell me to do something, then yell at me for going to do that thing he just asked me to do>Conspire with the other person in my department to go against me, accelerating their advancements and telling an employee that has been at the company for four months that they are above me, someone who has been there for five years>Wrote a document that says "You are not allowed to work unless I say so"That last one is pretty funny because he knows that is a really bad thing for him to do, so when I asked to look at the paper he hides it and says I am not allowed to look at the paper that he wrote about me.
I reported him to HR twice. He keeps getting worse and HR just sends an automated response of "We are looking into it".
This has been causing me legitimate stress and anxiety for a long time now and it is affecting my health physically and mentally.
