The videos which these comments are on are usually one off videos, with no other videos obtaining the same amount of views/likes/comments from the same channel. Indicating that the user has purchased views/likes/comments.

Believe it or not, people are getting paid pennies to go to videos and type random gibberish to fulfill an order.
