I have insane knowledge in so may hobbyes, won many awards in diffrent sports but i hate racing cause some one always lose ut that is only natural. Read many books nad reading now too, one of the few reasons i dont post that often
Meditation for me is lighting a pipe and sit on the roof and waching the sun goes down, i can see the river, the birds the hills etc... some little happyines what treasure
but this is only momentary
