i haven't used it in a while but using rym would probably be pretty helpful. they have some nice lists and you can sort by pretty specific genres so you can easily find similar stuff to stuff you already like
i was gonna wait for your genshin phase to be over originally cause i forgot i had 1-2 weeks off. been playing a lot of single player as well. playing in shorter bursts is also fine if that's better for you so i don't eat up too much of your afternoon
