You are assuming that "intelligent vs others" ratio is based on a set % or something that should grow when population grow
If it is, then we would have many geniuses on India and China that will never be able to touch a book and will never show their true potential, diminishing results
If it isnt, there is no way to say there should be more intelligent people now
But even intelligent people can't identify a touhou without her hat, that much is a fact!
