>>1168137I've been trying to create a schedule to base my day around since I have zero structure and I've found that is my downfall. I've made two grids of 24 squares, each representing 30 minute blocks..
Its kinda hard to adjust at first and force yourself to stick to it, but you can fill those timeslots with nearly anything you want to do or learn or accomplish, and after a while your habits should begin to restructure around said schedule. Practice makes perfect, yknow? I've just started this but it seems to really help. I was always really good in school, I know I have potential but once I was free of someone telling me what to do I lapsed into constant procrastination which is basically the same as constant failure. Most of my previous friends are junkies now, and I have alot of time to myself now, but really its a good thing, I have been putting this personal responsibility thing off for way too long and alone time really is only as bad as you let it become..
Idunno. Its worth a shot at least, anon.
