Halo 2, aside from being complete bullshit on legendary, sends you back to checkpoint if either player dies. There were several points where she had to literally hide in a corner while I basically had to memorize rooms and layouts as if I was playing solo.
I hadn't thought about any of this shit in decades so it's been a little bit of a trip down memory lane for me. We stopped on Quarantine Zone because of the jackal snipers in the early areas, and then never got a chance to play again.
