I clean the shop and make the dough for the bases, then I cut up fresh ingredients for the pizza making station which is refrigerated.
Then I cut and garlic butter the required number of garlic breads, wrap them in aluminium foil and stack them in their little fridge! Then I roll out bases one to dish's and stack them! Its so when they start this afternoon all they have to do is cook and box pizzas! The boss starts other things cooking, like pastabakes and slowcooked lamb shanks.
