People are reporting being woken up at cca 4AM (no idea whether local or not) and feeling generally drowsy and lacking energy. I was running on empty around 1st +-1day as well. The knee has somehow been going worse since saturday, weird tissue swelling and feeling loose/lacking control all of a sudden, strange, i ignored it though and kept training as best i could, can't slack now.
