For leveling up you literally have to just play the game aka spend AP since 1 AP = 1 EXP. Get into PvP asap even if you lose for the daily pyros/pvp coins. With PvP coins you can recharge AP from the PvP shop 3 times refresh = 360 AP.
Next week for example has double drop rate on missions and Friday + Weekend will have double drop on hard
This will be a good opportunity to gear up your students.
For PvP start investing into Yuuka(farm her hard nodes). As for content for blue AoE you should be doing Chise. Can't remember what else is to farm at the lower nodes
