>>6495904>Anything worth mentioning?the players had a bunch of tasks at hand, one of which was hunting down a hitman. they were also talking to a wizard's guild, who they had sort of broken the trust of.
the guild says the best way to rebuild their trust is to let a highly trusted guild member tag along with hem for a while. turns out this trusted guild member is the assassin that the players were hunting (unbeknownst to the guild).
assassin leads the players down an alleyway, there's a reveal, a lot of stuff clicks, player kills the assassin and some other baddies.
as we left the players were deciding what to do with the guild and narrowed it down to two situations
>if the guild knew that guy was the hitman we were looking for then we kill them all, obviously>if they didn't know then no hard feelings, it all worked outthey haven't taken a moment to consider that this guy was apparently trustworthy enough that his word is all that's needed to make someone else trustworthy, and they're coming back and saying "hey you know that guy you sent with us to make sure that we're trustworthy? we killed him! turns out HE was untrustworthy! crazy"
>The thread was a bit dull without youdon't worry, i'm here now
