That surgery is barbaric and clearly doesn't produce good results. Note: A minority get the surgery. And I'm willing to bet, although theres no way to know because trans usually would never admit it. But I'd say a majority are not thinking their women, or have women brains, or delusional and think that. They just want to look exactly like a woman and behave like one. Just because it's an option.
It will in the future probably. 10 years or so.
But for now, the world should just be happy with Futas
Remember, all of it is advancing, that won't stop ugly trannies from existing, but transitions will be better. It is entirely possible that it will all advance to a point that a transitioned one, post-op with a GOOD neo-vag, could be very hard to detect. You'll just think they're women. So you don't get a choice. Then you'll realize that roasties are deprecated
