You make some great friends that have a Christian background. The dude who ran my bjj studio also ran a bible study group with his wife and invited me to join. I only stopped because of some emotional shit I'm currently going through but I plan on going back. Injury's are as common as any physical sport, know when to take it easy and not go hard, know when to not show up, know when to go easy on someone, know who to avoid. If you've played any physical sport in the past you'll know what I'm talking about.
