I usually fast the whole month but last year i fasted like 90% of it..this year im intending on fasting everyday of it, im not religious but the idea of fasting is quite fascinating i think, hmm how do i describe it..its not only about not eating or drinking anything, you have to control your lust and negative intentions which is something i need..or myabe lack, might be both though so um i hope that anwered your question, im not fasting right now thoughthough though albeit whatsoever
