Also injecting peptides, doing wrist curls and stretching with the tens unit activated. It's helping more than anything a doctor has given me bar some anti inflammatories

I stopped a long time ago after the injuries piled up and just did PT and took drugs but it's taking forever to heal and I obviously have to work which inhibits my recovery and exposes me to demons which has fucked up mind. I'm scared I will face these mental inhibitions for a long time since it's taking so long to recover but I'm using a bunch of drugs and supplements to try to get better.
