My teachers always hated me because I refused to do the homework after awhile even though I knew how to do it. For me, stuff was boring once I figure out how to do it and just doing the same thing over repetitively felt like a waste of time. I also realized early on, about 4th grade, that colleges would not give a shit about my grades now, as long as I did the bare minimum to pass middle school and elementary and then just got good grades in HS it would be fine.
Teachers picked on me my entire life. I dunno if it was just because I was a shit kid who got on people's wrong side or they targeted me because I refused to conform to their dumb shit.
Also I don't know if this is related, earlier this year I was driving in another town with deep fog and accidentally drove right through a red right in front of a cop. He pulled me over, looked at my license and registration, checked in his car and then came back and let me go with just a warning.
It could have just been a cool cop but stuff like that has happened to me a lot with law enforcement bailing me out when they could throw the book at me, maybe i am on some list good goy list or some thing, or I just have been lucky with the cops I meet. Who knows.
