Jesus was undoubtedly Jewish. He was the Jewish Messiah foretold in the scroll of the Prophet Isaiah, which is why Jews seethe endlessly about him.
This makes sense within the narrative of the Jews originally being God’s chosen nation of priests who were supposed to proclaim his name to the masses, but then basically coming down and doing it himself after three or so millennia of Jewish hubris.
