They can switch IPs and spam in their own threads to make them look diverse and keep them bumped. 60% of posts on /pol/ are made by the same IP-switching shill, often just copying posts from Reddit.
1) There are overt shill threads that

3) OP having "1 post by ID" isn't a great indicator anymore. Many posters in the thread having only one post by ID is a better one, i.e. a weirdly high count of unique IDs (organic is 30 posts/15 unique IDs; not, for example, 30 posts/25 unique IDs).
4) EST 2:00 PM-8:00 PM and 2:00 AM-8:00 AM is his peak spam time.
Since mods hate /pol/, don't expect them to do anything about it.
