>>15919527Oh. I guess the filter would be pretty good to have, actually. Funny. You start out thinking that having a filter is for pansies or something, and as your stay goes on, you just figure that it'd be for the best. I'll get it later.
>There really is no reason not to have itYou are missing one thing. It's kind of cool not to have it and instead use a more crude version of the site. Makes it feel olden? Like how somebody would prefer Windows XP over 7. Okay, well, that's not really a reason, but it's kind of there. Won't stop me.
>>15919535Hm. I'll have to get creative.
And, sure, I'll have my opinion on that when I watch the show myself.
>>15919529Oh, maybe you should have a cup of water before going to sleep then? You wouldn't wanna wake up insanely dehydrated, that's the worst. Night.
>>15919537Nostalgia glasses are so good at their job, that they can make you look back fondly on what soulless companies trying to take advantage of you. But, yeah, I wonder how it was like.
Burger King or McDonald's? I could go on about that myself, from my little experience.
>>15919548Right, it just means country of Turks.
Apparently, as far as it's known, the word was first used by one of the more popular authors of the time in our literature, in a work he wrote about the modernization of the Ottoman Empire, from what I can gather. Atatürk must've read his stuff and took it away from there, or maybe the usage of the word just spread around. Either way, I guess that's the root of it. Kind of cool, that the whole name of the country now comes from what some writer decided to put down so long ago. He could've had anything in there, right?
