The thing is, that set was scheduled to end at 10:30 PM. Also that nightclub is a 40 minute drive away from her condominium. 45 minutes to get into her condo when factoring in parking up, going up elevators, and general fluting around. She started her stream at 12:56 AM. Let's say she started stream as soon as she got in the door (This is unlikely. She probably scrolled on her phone for a little bit, did some other things like use the restroom etc. But for the sake of charitability we'll say she started immediately.)
So in this timeline we have her leaving the club in a car at 12:11 AM (in all likelihood it was even earlier). Now let's try and gauge the time from her last sip of alcohol to the time she got in the car to go home. From her retelling of events it seems she told the bartender that it wasn't virgin and exchanged it for one that was. Let's say she drank this quickly and then left right after as she wasn't feeling the vibe. We'll say it took her 10 minutes to drink. 5 minutes to leave the club and get in the car and on the road.
So from the last sip of alcohol to the start of the stream we have as follows:
