That comic you were replying to sucks because of course an-cap would support the deal between the businessman and the politician. It's a deal to DEREGULATE a market. In other words, it's kosher with the NAP. That said, per the economic theories generally believed in by an-caps, this deal would be irrational for the businessman, as regulations serve to increase profits for the market leaders whereas deregulation serves to distribute profits across a wider selection of new market entrants. True egalitarianism requires an unencumbered market.
