On the show it happened too, but only when there wasn't something else to distract her. When she has to actually process the thought, it makes her uncomfortable.
She is addicted to attention, and loves the male gaze, but only when she has the mask up. She's fine with "Binx" getting this attention but not "Bianca". I don't know if it's because she knows deep down that it's contradictory to what she says she believes, or if it's to do with some kind of self loathing. It could even be her subconcious trying to reckon with the parasocial shit getting too close
Whichever way you slice it, being a "cute little doll" is the only way she feels comfortable accepting adoration. It makes me sad, but it might end up being a good thing if it makes her realize that she only wants her 400 online stalkers to love her as Binx
