>>3382069its entirely about your calorie intake. exercise might make you weigh more especially if you are exercising as an overweight person. you might put on more muscle mass in order to lift the existing weight which then if not maintained will turn into more fat ontop of the fat thats already there.
in short take in less calories than you need and your body will start to eat itself. careful with this as you don't want to consume your own organs.
do it over a period of time. it just doesn't work trying to do it really quickly the only way is a long term strategy that you're disciplined with. There is kind of a point where a lot of weight can drop suddenly though but this might come after being persistent with your diet which should be low fat low carb medium / high protein (if you're doing additional exercise).
