The customer would not stop bitching about me removing a broken optional part on an AC off without replacing it. I changed my mind after he bitched too much to go ahead and replace it for free. But he wouldn't stop bitching to let me talk and say I'll do it. So I told him to shut the fuck up.
He gave us a bad review, and my boss yelled at me.
