Obviously it can't be any of those so the meaning of "odd one out" has to be interpreted inversed.
2 is the odd one out because 1, 2, 4 and 5 could be considered out, where as 2 cannot; thus 2 possesses a unique attribute in that it cannot be the odd one out, thus 2 is the "odd one out".
