I would recommend trying to sleep early and just for that day b4 hand to exercise a lot until you are physically drained. another thing would be find something that exercises your brain to when you can't think anymore.
it will be a hard challenge not going to lie about that
if you really want to stay up trying just standing, no human can sleep while standing up we are not horses
