>>20716875The truth is I'm not finding a lot of newer anime that interesting anymore because of how derivative (it was always derivative, but now even more than ever) especially in the 2020s. Only the safest things get adapted now and a lot of originals do nothing interesting or completely shit the bed.
I went from watching 5-15 shows a season to 0-4 shows a season in the span of a couple of years.
