>>10754068i honestly can't tell with enemies where it's applicable. most of the time you're fighting headcrabs or zombies with headcrabs on them. the former don't really have a head and the latter the crab just jumps off eventually if you don't shoot it specifically which i guess is sort of like a headshot.
there are more regular soldier type guys but they take so many shots and you're so squishy that it's impossible to have a shootout where you could aim for that many headshots while counting them
