Here is the study about some blue eyed people 6500 years ago:

Genetically, these people were very middle eastern, but they randomly had some blue eye genes, like they got slightly bleached. But anyway, like I said, they're pretty much irrelevant. The Old Testament wasn't even until the first millennium BC!
