Adflow respirator with 9100xxi speedglass. Tig and stick welder 8 years. I dont know many really old welders fume prob shaves time off the clock but idk not a doc. Started out no respirator and would fell sick or slow after some shifts welding stainless, aluminum or inconel. Got adflow hood put organic vapor filter on it and I never feel like shit anymore and when i blow my nose after shower theres no black shit in there. Do your self a favor and defend yourself from the fume.
