Well I guess if you live in the poorer part of a large major city then it's not entirely your fault since it's mostly Wall Marts and Dollar Generals because very few could or even would want to set up a farmers market that deep into said city. But even then the people who simply just eat less are radically more healthy then those who 'eat well' in that type of environment.
