Get up and do something relaxing. If you look at a screen, keep the brightness down and maybe use a light filter. If you're feeling anxious, make yourself a list of what you want to accomplish "tomorrow", and tell yourself you'll look at your list after you get a few hours more sleep. Writing it down, at least for me, makes me less anxious because I feel like I have a plan ready and I worry less.
