artificial doesn't mean bad either, as one could synthesise it from all the oil derivitives and what not (not easily though, especially when stuff as coffee and tea have it in high enough concentrations to raise the blood baseline concentration)
it's a slippery slope anon, I can't even start counting how many people died and got hurt because they thunk natural good, artificial bad
not to mention most artificial sweeteners are good for you if you intake excess calories in form of fructose carrying carbs, as fructose doesn't get stored as glicogen but rather as just fat
