Simply do not open the beverage container. And, you can drink enough for you, don't kill yourself, and not drink again for a long ass time after that if you want, there is no never do it again bs involved, those limits drive the ocd loop in the first place.
Tldr: YOU have the power. you already have it, there is no further prerequisite other than deciding you don't want to do a thing that you don't want to do, or overdo, or whatever your case may be.
Don't ask me how to quit anything physically addictive like sugar though afaik it can't be done.
